Jillian Allard

Jillian Allard is an Associate Corporate Counsel at Boston Properties, providing legal advice on equity and debt market transactions, public company filings, and corporate governance, with a focus on SEC and NYSE compliance. Prior to this role, Jillian was an Associate at Duane Morris LLP specializing in corporate law.
