By Request was established in 1996 by Monica Terminella with the vision of providing a personal shopping experience for each customer that walked in the door. Our goal was to bring high-end, luxury retail to the NWA area, and offer our customers classic // on-trend clothing that is #styledbymonica. Twenty-four years later, after styling NWA and surrounding states, we are offering that same personal experience online. The vision has carried over to the web and customers can shop looks styled by Monica at their own convenience.
