Bill Wong

Bill Wong is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management, systems operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Senior IT Service & Sys Ops Manager at Bybit since July 2021, Bill has been instrumental in the global expansion of IT services, supporting numerous offices across regions including Dubai, Georgia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan, while also overseeing IT asset management and procurement. Prior to Bybit, Bill held various positions at CMM Global (Group) Limited from January 2016 to June 2021, culminating in the role of Group IT Manager. Bill's early career included an IT Executive position at ENSURE Engineering Pte Ltd from November 2013 to November 2015. Bill holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Management from National Central University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Information Management from Tamkang University.
