Freddy Chan

Freddy Chan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client services and language management. Currently serving as the Language Team Leader for Spanish and Portuguese at Bybit since September 2021, Freddy is responsible for coordinating shifts and leading a team in a multilingual environment. Previous roles include Community Manager at O2Work, where responsibilities involved training staff and enhancing member experiences, and Spanish Teacher at the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, teaching students aged 16 to 50. Earlier career experiences also encompass program development for international education at Foundation Global Education, customer service at Banco General, and tax consulting at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. Freddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University.
