Shirley

Shirley Xinling Wang has a strong background in product design and experience design. Shirley, Xinling is currently working at Bybit as the Principal Product Designer in the ToB sector, and previously held the role of Design Lead in the User Growth sector. Before joining Bybit, they worked at OCBC Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Experience Design. Prior to that, they spent several years at Shopee, starting as a Product Designer and progressing to Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer. During their time at Shopee, they successfully revamped the web-based content quality check system and implemented user-centered research methodologies. Shirley, Xinling also worked as an Interaction Designer and collaborated on various product design projects.

Shirley, Xinling Wang holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Information Engineering and Media from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Shirley, Xinling also studied Information Technology at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In addition to their education, Shirley has obtained several certifications, including Mentorship Sessions in 10 Countries from adplist.org in 2022, Human-Computer Interaction for User Experience Design from MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) in 2021, Interaction Design (Specification) from Coursera in 2021, and Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N4 from The Japanese Cultural Society Singapore in 2013.
