Mark West

Mark West has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Mark currently works as the Sales Director - New Business at ByBox, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Mark worked at BT, where they had multiple roles. Mark was the Interim Managing Director - BT Final Mile, fulfilling this position while still working as the Sales Director. During their time at BT, Mark successfully divested the BT Final Mile business unit and improved employee morale. Mark also gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions through the Competition Market Authority (CMA) process. Before joining BT, Mark worked at ByBox as a Business Development Manager from 2006 to 2017.

Before that, they earned a BTEC National Diploma with Distinction in Telecommunications & Electronics from City College Coventry, attending from 2000 to 2002.
