Chad Asarch

Chad Asarch is a seasoned real estate professional and attorney, founding Steele Properties, LLC in 2006, alongside Hud Karshmer and Stuart Heller. Prior to this venture, Asarch was the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO), where they oversaw a 20-person legal team and managed $5 billion in property transactions. In addition to their roles in real estate, Asarch is actively involved in various civic and philanthropic organizations, holds positions on boards including Bye Aerospace and the Colorado Middle Income Housing Authority, and teaches Real Estate Transactions as an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Colorado Law School and the University of Denver School of Law. A graduate of Williams College and the University of Michigan Law School, Asarch has received multiple community leadership awards throughout their career.
