Michael Aplin

Michael Aplin has a wealth of experience in the engineering and IT fields. Michael began their career in 2011 as an Equipment Engineering Intern at WaferTech. Michael then became an Equipment Engineer at WaferTech in 2012. In 2014, they moved to KDL Precision Molding Corp. where they served as an Engineering Manager and Process Engineer. In 2021, they became the Director of IT at Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS). Currently, they are the Director of Program Management at ByFusion.

Michael Aplin attended Central Washington University from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Michael then attended Washington State University Vancouver from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering and studied Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Glendale Community College, where they took courses in Advanced SolidWorks, Leadership Skills for New Managers, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Glendale Community College. In 2012, they obtained an Engineer In Training certification from the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
