Joel Phillips

Joel Phillips has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering field. Joel began their career in 2000 as a Process Engineer for SA Water. Joel then worked as a Contractor for Westminster City Council in 2002. After that, they were a Project Engineer for Morrison Construction in 2003 and a Process Engineer for Mott MacDonald in the same year. From 2004-2015, they held various roles at Osmoflo Pty Ltd, including Water Solutions Business Manager, Process Engineering Manager, Proposals Manager, and Design Team Leader. From 2015-2018, they were the Director and Business Manager at PROXA Australia Pty Ltd. During this time, they provided support for improvement of water and air quality practices. From 2018-2022, they worked as a Principal Process Engineer for Gensep Pty Ltd and a Director and Principal Consultant for Colby Phillips Advisory. Currently, they are a Non Executive Director for Bygen.

Joel Phillips attended the University of Adelaide from 1995 to 1999, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering.
