Ellen Back Tegen

Ellen Back Tegen has extensive experience in retail and management within the construction sector, with a tenure at Bygma spanning from October 1998 to present. Ellen started as Håndværkerleder at Bygma Roskilde, managing 11 employees and overseeing daily operations from October 1998 to December 2005. Subsequently, Ellen served as Produktchef at Bygma from January 2006 to October 2010, focusing on procurement, marketing, concepts, and sales in the chain's craft stores. Since October 2010, Ellen has held the position of Markedschef for Proffcentre and Byggecentre in Region Sjælland. Ellen’s educational background includes various management and sustainability studies, culminating in a Sustainability Leadership degree from Green Building Council, and a Merconom in Marketing from Roskilde Handelsskole.
