Michael Luttrell

Michael Luttrell is an experienced professional in product formulation and commercialization, currently serving as the Director of Formulation at ByHeart, where they lead new product development activities. They have held significant roles at various companies, including Mead Johnson Nutrition as an R&D Operations Manager and Unilever as an R&D Senior Scientist focused on nutritional product innovation. Luttrell also has a background in quality assurance and operations management from previous positions at Hudson Foods, Mars, and Godiva Chocolatier. They earned a B.S. in Agriculture, Food Science & Technology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
