Ranjit Gupta

Ranjit Gupta currently serves as the Area Business Head at BYJU'S since May 2023, managing the Hybrid Tuition Business and overseeing a team of 20 while implementing successful sales strategies and customer lifecycle management. Prior to this role, Ranjit was Team Leader of Sales at Dukaan® from December 2021 to March 2023, where a revenue growth of 100% was achieved under leadership of a team of 15-20 ISMs. Earlier experience includes positions at BYJU'S from October 2018 to August 2021 as Enterprise Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, demonstrating strong team management and sales performance. Ranjit began a career in procurement and market development at Bombardier and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, respectively. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Bachelor's in Computer Applications from Patna University.
