Eva Schöbel

Eva Schöbel is currently a Business Development Manager at BYK-Chemie GmbH, focusing on synthetic clays and special projects. They completed their PhD at RWTH Aachen University, developing new methods in C-H activation reactions with support from a Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt scholarship. Eva also has experience as a Manager in Corporate Innovation at ALTANA AG and held research positions at RWTH Aachen University and the University of Oxford. They earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemistry at RWTH Aachen University.
