Eric Mear has an extensive work experience. Eric founded MISC in 2008, where they served as the Founder. In 2010, they founded Privacy Pop and held the position of President and Founder until March 2019. Since 2016, Eric Mear has been the CEO & Founder of BYLT Basics.

Eric Mear attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2012.
