We help organisations run peer support and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programs that are safe, sustainable, and actually work.

Our approach combines simple technology with practical guidance and training to reduce the admin burden, support the people doing the supporting, and give leaders real-time insights into program impact and needs.

Through our Peer Support Portal and ongoing support options, we help organisations:
- Embed peer support and MHFA programs into workplace culture
- Identify risks early (like supporter overload or vicarious trauma)
- Ensure programs remain effective and sustainable long-term

And because we believe this work should reach everyone, 50% of our profits are reinvested into training community and non-profit organisations in mental health literacy.
