Wahu M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wahu started their career at Petty Errands Limited in 2013 as a Schedule Administrator for external and in-house mail at Equatorial Commercial Bank. In 2015, they joined Horizon Contact Centers Ltd as a Customer Service Executive and later served as a Team Leader.

In 2016, Wahu M. held short-term positions at Neo Marketing Ltd as a Master of Ceremony/Brand Ambassador and at Adept-Techno BPO Limited as a Transcription Agent. The same year, they joined Kenya Orient Insurance Limited as a Customer Experience Executive and subsequently took on roles as a Junior Business Analyst, Assistant Claims Analyst, and Relationship Officer.

Wahu M. joined Britam in 2019 as a Corporate Sales Executive in various offices such as Nanyuki, Nyeri, and the Corporate Section at Absa Towers, Machakos, and Kitengela. Wahu'sresponsibilities included corporate sales and customer management.

Currently, Wahu M. is working at BYON8, where they started in January 2022 as a Partnerships Acquisition Associate. In January 2023, they were promoted to the role of Partnerships Acquisition Manager.

Wahu M. has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. In 2020, they attended Dale Carnegie Training for a course in Relationship Selling. Prior to this, in 2019, they obtained a certificate in Risk Management from Oxford Home Study Center and completed a short course in Risk Management from Oxford Home Study Centre. In 2016, they earned a Diploma in Supply Chain Management (KNEC) from Kenya Institute of Professional Studies, with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Furthermore, in 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Information Technology from Wantech Computer College. It is worth noting that Wahu M. also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Pioneer International University, starting in 2012.
