We’re Byond Group - a team of strategic thinkers, technical experts, and customer experience specialists who partner with AV resellers, IT providers, and workplace specialists to deliver high-quality audio visual solutions with confidence.

People first, technology second sits at the heart of everything we do. Before any project begins, we take time to understand the behaviours, outcomes, and experiences your client is aiming for - not just the room they’re fitting out. That way, the technology supports how people actually work, meet, collaborate, and deliver value.

We help our partners answer the questions that matter most:
How should meetings feel for everyone involved?
What does great collaboration look like for this organisation?
How can AV support service delivery, user confidence, and reputation without adding complexity?

Our structured approach spans Design, Delivery and User Adoption & Care, ensuring projects are not only delivered on time and to budget, but adopted successfully and supported long-term.

We work alongside some of the UK’s leading AV resellers, distributors, and channel partners, acting as a trusted delivery and consultancy partner on projects across the UK.

Our market sectors include legal, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, MOD, corporate and education and we specialise in the following:

✅ Meeting Rooms and Training Rooms

✅ Auditoriums and Exhibition Spaces

✅ Conferences and Town Halls

✅ Digital Signage

✅ Live Medical Broadcasting (we’re an authorised distributor for Medinbox)

✅ User Adoption Training and Care Services

From the first call right through to sign off on the project, consider us an extension of your team, working alongside your project leads to ensure the process is smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.
