Sumera Khalid

Sumera Khalid currently serves as an Organizational Development Specialist at Byonyks, a medical devices company, since July 2021, where responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, devising recruitment strategies, and facilitating the onboarding process. Previously, from August 2018 to August 2021, Sumera worked as a Visiting Faculty/External Supervisor at the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design, teaching courses in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Management, while also supervising student theses. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Lahore University of Management Sciences from June 2013 to February 2016, where recruitment, performance management, and talent onboarding were key responsibilities. Academically, Sumera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management and a Master of Philosophy in Human Resources Management and Services from Kinnaird College for Women.
