Michael Wager

Michael Wager has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Byrna Technologies Inc. and as the Chair of the Board of Directors at SPAR Group. Prior to these roles, Michael was a Senior Counsel at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where they specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance. Michael also worked as a Senior Advisor at Berkeley Capital and served on the Board of Directors at Michael Anthony Holdings, Inc. Throughout their career, Michael has held various leadership positions, including Partner at Squire Patton Boggs and Pryor Cashman LLP. Michael has also gained experience in legal practice as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Additionally, Michael has contributed to the community by serving as a Board Member and former Chair at the Cleveland - Cuyahoga County Port Authority.
