Byron Development, LLC, through a variety of its affiliated private-equity entities, have or are currently developing over $179,000,000 of single-family and townhouse lots in the Greensboro, Summerfield, Oak Ridge, High Point, Gibsonville, Rockingham, Randolph and Guilford County areas. With over 3,125 residential lots either developed or in some stage of development, Byron will contribute to the construction process of over $1,275,000,000 in new homes throughout North Carolina. We provide residential lots for national, regional, and local home builders. Byron Development also develops golf course lots at the golf course we operate; The Greensboro National Golf Club. Byron is actively acquiring or investing in other businesses. Through its affiliates, Byron operates 9 charities, for education, health and to assist our First Responders throughout the Carolinas.
