Bauer Macêdo

Bauer Macêdo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bauer began their career as a Sales Consultant at Claro in 2004 before moving on to Oi S.A, where they worked as a Gerente de Loja Monomarca Oi from September 2002 to January 2004. Bauer then joined Oi S.A again in January 2008 as a Sales Analyst, and later became a Corporate Sales Executive from 2008 to 2012. Bauer was then promoted to Specialist Franchise Development and was responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and implementing a new franchise model for Oi in 2012 to 2014. Bauer then became a Specialist Sales Channels at Oi S.A from 2014 to 2015 and subsequently transitioned to the role of Digital Channel Specialist from October 2015 to June 2016, where they were responsible for the performance of online sales in the B2B segment. From 2016 to 2018, Bauer worked as an E-Commerce Consultant at Oi S.A, managing B2B sales processes and focusing on increasing customer confidence and satisfaction. In July 2018, they took on the role of E-commerce Manager SMB at Oi S.A, responsible for online sales, deliveries, and reducing costs, among other duties. Bauer then moved on to BySide in June 2019, where they are currently working as a Sales Manager, overseeing the sales team and building client relationships.

Bauer Macêdo has a diverse and comprehensive education history. In 2002, they enrolled at the University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing. Bauer successfully completed this program in 2006.

In 2007, Bauer Macêdo decided to further enhance their skills and knowledge by attending Fundação Dom Cabral. There, they completed a Postgraduate program in Desenvolvimento de Dirigentes (Development of Directors) in 2008.

During the same year, they also obtained another certification, a Green Belt, from the Management Development Institute, specializing in Quality Process. This additional qualification was granted by INDG in June 2008.
