Cara Waddell

Cara Waddell serves as a Development Associate at Byte Back. She supports donor cultivation and stewardship strategies for the Development, Advancement and Corporate Relationship team. Cara is proud to work towards racial justice through digital equity.

Prior to her role at Byte Back, Cara held internship positions at Vital Voices Global Partnership, the Press Office of Governor Roy Cooper, the U.S. House of Representatives, the North Carolina General Assembly and a North Carolina Attorney General campaign.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace, War and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
