Latoya Staten

LaToya is currently the Director of Impact for Fearless. In this role LaToya guides Fearless in leveraging its business to improve lives.

This role partners with all areas of the organization to find ways to create an impact for the communities, customers, and team members.

Before joining Fearless, Ms. Staten served as the Vice-President of Talent and Development for a cyber firm.

She also led several initiatives focused on advancing public-private workforce and economic development opportunities in key technology and innovation industries.

LaToya holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University.
