Rosario Robinson

A technologist for over 25 years, Rose is Tech non-profit executive helping organizations with strategy and programs. Rose was nominated by Maryland Governor Moore and confirmed by the Maryland State Senate to preside as a Board of Trustee for Blind Industries and Services of Maryland. She was a former Executive Director for CMD-IT (Center for Minorities and People with Disabilities in Information Technology), leading the organization to ensure African Americans/Blacks, Hispanics/Latinx, Native/Indigenous Americans, and People with Disabilities are fully engaged in computing, and to promote innovation that enriches, enhances, and enables these communities.

Before joining CMD-IT, Rose served as Senior Director, Women in Tech Evangelist for AnitaB.org. She helped further the organization’s mission for 50/50 women in tech by 2025 through stimulating storytelling, thoughtful dialogue, and advocating for true representation in tech.

She is the founder and chair of the Industry Advisory Board at Savannah State University Computer Science department.
