Bytecode Alliance
Bobby Holley currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Firefox at Mozilla, where tenure began in June 2008, and holds the title of Distinguished Engineer. In addition, Bobby has been the Chair of the Board of Directors at Bytecode Alliance since January 2021, and also participates on the Board of Directors. Previously, Bobby was involved with the Rust Foundation from January 2021 to December 2022, serving on the Board of Directors and chairing both the Compensation Committee and the Executive Search Committee. Earlier experience includes an internship in Embedded Software Engineering at NVIDIA in 2007. Bobby Holley earned a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University between 2006 and 2011 and completed secondary education at Bellarmine College Preparatory from 2002 to 2006.
