Carolyn C. has over 35 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Carolyn began their career in 1983 as a Design Engineer at Pro-Log Corporation (acquired by Motorola). Carolyn then moved to A+ Computers in 1988 as an Education Sales Coordinator, where they were responsible for the sale, installation, training, and support of computer systems and networks for educational institutions. In 1990, they became a Technical Writer at Raster Graphics. From 1992 to 2004, they held the role of Director of Application Engineering at Orcom Solutions (acquired by Alliance Data Systems; now part of Vertex). In 2005, they joined Fujitsu (team acquired by GT Software in 2010) as a Senior Technical Writer, where they created and maintained technical documentation for the NeoSuite line of mainframe migration products. In 2010, they were promoted to Development Manager at GT Software (dba Alchemy Solutions). In 2013, they became an Application Development Manager at Vertex Business Services, and in 2014 they were promoted to Senior Project Manager at Five Talent. Finally, in 2019, they joined Bytecode IO, Inc. as a Technical Project Manager.

Carolyn C. attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Electronics (Computer) Engineering. In 2014, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
