Andy Chiew

Andy Chiew is a Global Risk Control and Internal Control professional with over 10 years of experience in audit and risk management. They have held positions at Tan Chong International Limited as an Assistant Manager, and at Access World as a Deputy Manager, where they focused on APAC internal audit, risk, and control. Andy also worked at SHEIN from 2022 to 2023, overseeing global internal control and audit policies across multiple regions. Currently, they lead Global Risk & Control at ByteDance (TikTok), where they enhance the risk management framework for internet data centers and corporate functions. Andy holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from ACCA.
