Caroline M.

Caroline M. is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for TikTok Shop, where they lead a global recruiting team focused on monetization, e-commerce, and account growth engineering across APAC and EMEA. Since 2019, Caroline has also served as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at ByteDance, managing recruitment for diverse e-commerce roles. Previously, they worked as a consultant in IT and AI recruitment at Hays and Atomic Recruitment China, respectively. Caroline is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
