Celia Yan

Celia Yan has a diverse background in sales and management with extensive experience in various technology companies. Starting as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Dell from July 2005 to October 2008, responsibilities included achieving targeted sales goals. At HP, from October 2008 to March 2013, Celia served as Sales Manager of Enterprise Business, leading an inside sales team and managing operations to meet sales targets. Following a role as Customer Service Manager at Amazon China from March 2013 to January 2015, which involved overseeing customer service teams and training, Celia advanced to General Manager of the Local Business Unit of Shuxinyi at Shenzhen Zhengtong Electronics from October 2015 to August 2019. Currently, Celia holds the position of Sr. Director of Content Quality at ByteDance since January 2020. Educational qualifications include an MBA/EMBA from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from the same institution.
