Chen Zhang

Chen Zhang is currently engaged in product strategy at ByteDance since 2020. Previously, they served as a senior business analyst at StratOp Group and as a business analyst focusing on operation strategy at Meituan-Dianping. Chen's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they achieved a perfect GPA. They also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tsinghua University. Earlier in their career, Chen interned at the Asian Development Bank and conducted research at the Illinois State Water Survey and the University of Illinois.
