Chiachi Lu is currently the head of client operations for the Douyin Star Map platform at ByteDance, where they focus on building and growing client relationships across various industries. Previously, Chiachi led teams at Mafengwo, including the Creator Open Platform and hotel operations, where they successfully established major business frameworks and increased revenue significantly. Chiachi holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Peking University and a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education from National Chengchi University.
