Constance Tan

Constance Tan is currently the HR Business Partner Lead at ByteDance, focusing on Trust & Safety for the APAC region since 2022. They previously held multiple HR roles at TDCX, including Associate Recruitment Specialist and various positions in HR services, talent management, and compensation & benefits. Constance also served as Regional HRBP Lead at ByteDance before moving into their current role. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree and a Diploma in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management, both with First Class Honors from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. Additionally, Constance completed their secondary education at SMK Raja Lumu, achieving outstanding results.
