Edwin Liu

Edwin Liu currently serves as the Global Executive Talent Acquisition Leader at ByteDance since July 2025, following a brief tenure as Recruitment Manager at EcoCeres from February to May 2025. Prior to these roles, Edwin held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Intuitive Fosun from April 2019 to February 2025, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, and worked as Associate HRBP Director for the Medical Device and Diagnostic Business Unit at Fosun Pharma from August 2017 to April 2019. Edwin's earlier experience includes serving as Manager at Michael Page from March 2015 to August 2017 and as Logistics Department Manager at DECATHLON FRANCE from May 2013 to December 2014. Academic achievements consist of an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (2022-2023), a Bachelor's degree in International Event Management from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and a Master's degree in Sport Management from the University of Stirling.
