Hedy Chen

Hedy Chen is a Talent Acquisition Leader at 字节跳动 since July 2021, currently supporting the recruitment efforts for Lark, a comprehensive team productivity suite. Prior to this role, Hedy served as the Director of Strategic Recruitment at 视源股份 (CVTE) from March 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment team and developing the recruitment system. Hedy began the career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TCL Communication from June 2017 to March 2019, contributing to a collaboration cloud service venture. Hedy holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from South China University of Technology, obtained in 2017.
