Jason

Jason Ma is currently a Data Scientist in Trust and Safety at ByteDance, where they focus on advanced data analytics and modeling to enhance risk management systems. Previously, Jason served as a Senior Risk Data Analyst at Grab, contributing to the development of anti-fraud systems and improving methodologies for fraud analytics. Their experience also includes roles as a Senior Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore, where they explored AI and big data analytics, as well as a Senior Product Manager at Meituan-Dianping, where they established systems for detecting fake transactions. Jason is pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and holds a B.S. in Physics from Peking University. They are also certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC).
