Jason Rhoades

Jason Rhoades, CAMS, CFE, currently serves as the Senior Sanctions Counsel for ByteDance, where they provide guidance on global sanctions across various company entities, including TikTok. Previously, Rhoades held positions such as Sanctions Compliance Officer for the U.S. Department of the Treasury and was a manager at KPMG's Trade & Customs Services practice, specializing in sanctions compliance programs. Rhoades’s background also includes experience as a legislative fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives and a partner at Rhoades and Miller, LLP, where they focused on criminal defense. Rhoades holds a JD from Georgetown Law and a BBA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia, in addition to serving in the U.S. Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Officer.
