Jed Soo

Jed Soo has extensive experience in business operations and learning development, currently serving as a Business Operations Program Manager at ByteDance and TikTok since January 2021. Previous roles include Programme Director at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, where Jed conducted workshops and designed educational programs for various institutions, impacting over 2500 individuals. Additional experience includes serving as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces, leading military training operations. Jed holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors Distinction in International/Global Studies from the National University of Singapore, complemented by A-Level and O-Level certifications from Tampines Junior College and Anglican High School, respectively.
