Leon Lin

Leon Lin is currently the Head of Security Affairs at ByteDance, leading investigation and crisis management related to criminal risks across the company's applications and business operations. With a robust background in law enforcement, Lin previously served as a Chief and Deputy Chief at Xiamen Public Security Bureau for two decades, overseeing various investigative and operational units. They also held the position of Senior Director of Integrity at Chehaoduo Group, where they managed crisis prevention and governmental relations. Lin's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Xiamen University.
