Lin Wu is the Head of Regional Legal and E-Comm Legal Teams at ByteDance, where they lead regulatory and compliance efforts across diverse regions including North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. With over a decade of experience in law, technology, and intellectual property, Lin previously served as Chief IP Counsel at ByteDance, driving global IP strategies and enhancing revenue optimization. Earlier in their career, Lin was a Counsel at Fangda Partners, focusing on IP infringement and enforcement, and held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Schneider Electric, overseeing commercial litigations in Greater China. They earned an LLB in Intellectual Property from East China University of Politics and Law.
