Lu Chang

Lu Chang currently serves as the Global Performance & Incentives Partner at ByteDance, focusing on TikTok's short video and live-streaming initiatives across over 30 countries. Previously, Lu held roles in Total Rewards at Meituan, supporting R&D in Autonomous Driving and Strategy & Investment. At IBM, significant contributions were made as a Global People Analytics & AI Consultant, leading Go-to-Market strategies and enabling HR professionals, as well as serving as a Global People Analytics & AI Analyst and Scrum Master, where data analytics was leveraged to drive business insights. Early career experience includes a Senior HR Intern role at IBM, providing consulting on executive and employee compensation, and serving as a Teaching Assistant for graduate-level statistics at Rutgers University, where engaging educational support earned positive student feedback. Lu Chang holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
