Maxine Wu

Maxine Wu currently serves as a Global TA Partner at ByteDance since June 2025. Prior to this role, Maxine worked at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd from November 2022 to June 2025 as a Consultant, specializing in overseas recruitment for Chinese enterprises, particularly in non-technical roles and C-level positions across various sectors such as finance, marketing, and supply chain, with a focus on regions including Europe, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Australia. Maxine's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant, Research Assistant, and Intern. Academically, Maxine holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Sichuan Agricultural University, along with an exchange program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong studying Organizational Behavior.
