Nan Fallows

Nan Fallows is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Global CRM Engineering at ByteDance since March 2021. In this role, Nan oversees a diverse team of over 100 engineers across the US, Singapore, and China, focusing on the development of a robust and adaptable Global CRM platform to enhance the efficiency of global sales and marketing efforts. Prior to joining ByteDance, Nan held various engineering leadership positions at Oracle from January 2001 to March 2021, including Group Manager of Engineering and Senior Principal Engineer/Application Architect. Nan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
