刘岩

岩刘 is a Senior Expert at ByteDance, focusing on internet congestion control and AI for networks since 2023. Previously, they held positions as an engineer at Tencent from 2018 to 2023, where they worked on TCP congestion control optimization over CDN networks. From 2016 to 2018, 岩刘 was a Senior Engineer at Huawei, designing and optimizing algorithms for video bitrate adaptation and TCP congestion control, as well as leading multiple projects related to HTTP video transmission and contributing to the filing of four patents. 岩刘 earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from 中国电子科技大学 and a Ph.D. in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
