Qi Chang

Qi Chang is an accomplished professional in the field of computer science, holding a PhD from Rutgers University and extensive experience in various technology roles. As Chief Scientist at Clapper from April to November 2023, Qi developed solutions that enhanced the training and evaluation of Real-time Style Transfer models, leading to a 15% increase in click-through rates and a 50% reduction in processing time.
