Qing Lan currently serves as the Global Head of TikTok SMB at ByteDance, overseeing the Ads business for small businesses and leading a full-function team that encompasses growth, product, operation, sales, and marketing. Previously, Qing held the position of Head of Douyin SMB, managing a similar team focused on Douyin Ads, and also served as Head of Douyin SMB Product, directing product efforts for SMB ads. Prior to joining ByteDance, Qing worked at Apple as a Business Analytics Lead for App Store Analytics and at Baidu, Inc. as a Product Manager in food delivery service business analysis. Qing’s experience also includes a consultancy role at Accenture, specializing in business process design and management information systems, and a technical internship at eBay Inc. during the summer of 2009. Qing holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and participated in an exchange program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
