Ruoxin S. is currently a Security TPM Manager at Bytedance, overseeing a global technical program management team focused on complex security projects. Ruoxin has extensive experience in the technology sector, having previously held positions at TikTok, where they also managed security initiatives, and at leading companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, and Goldman Sachs. Ruoxin’s early career included consulting for a major pharmacy chain during a merger and acquisition process. They are pursuing a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University while also completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
