Serena Su

Serena Su is a seasoned professional in product management with a focus on global product localization and go-to-market strategies. Currently serving as a Global Product Manager at ByteDance since April 2023, Serena has previously held significant roles at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager overseeing eCommerce cross-border programs, and at GIC as an Assistant Vice President managing ESG and cash payment projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in E-Trading product management. Serena holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, with additional studies including a visiting MBA exchange at UNSW and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
