Shan Jiang

Shan Jiang is currently serving as a Global ER CoE at ByteDance since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as HRBP Leader at ClassUp from July 2022 to March 2024, and Senior HRBP for Product & Engineering at Shopee between November 2021 and July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end HR consultation for multiple tech teams. Shan also held the position of Global Talent Development Partner at ByteDance from August 2018 to November 2021, focusing on career development and HR capability building, and was an HRBP Lead for SEA markets. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at HNA Aviation and Tourism Group from January 2017 to July 2018, overseeing global campus recruitment and organizational development projects. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA from University College London, an MA in Cultural Policy Studies from the University of Warwick, and a BA in Mass Media from Northeast Normal University.
