Simeng Guan

Simeng Guan has extensive experience in strategy and operations within the e-commerce and marketing sectors. Currently serving in the Strategy Operations department at 字节跳动 since June 2021, Simeng previously held roles as a Product Operations Manager at 美团 and Project Manager at 京东. Prior to these positions, Simeng worked as a Strategic Planner at 天联广告公司, where significant achievements included winning key pitches and successfully launching new products. Experience also encompasses a role as Business Coordinator at Trans Express New York and a Marketing Assistant position at China National Petroleum Corporation. Simeng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Business Administration from 香港中文大学, awarded with a full scholarship.
