Stephen Li

Stephen Li is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, and project management. Having worked with multinational companies on both the service provider and client sides, Stephen currently serves as a CRE Manager at ByteDance and as a Facilities Manager at Apple. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science from South China University of Technology and a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University, complemented by a PMP certification. Previous roles include positions at companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, Johnson Controls, and Daimler.
